Day 144 M2 Day 1: 33rd b-day cake and six pack of abs – Mission Launch!

Hi Shredders,

Wow!  There are so many shredders now! This is great. You all are great!

I am very tired right now after a massive day on RTP. You would think that since I’ve used RTP Transformation System once before that I would be used to it… Nope, there is no chance for your body to get used to RTP TS. RTP TS is designed so you will always be able to better your prior results with “progressive overload” and the exercise change up every 4 weeks keeps your body from “adapting”. Together, the non-adaptive exercise changes, and the self-induced progressive overload methods ensure that future re-use of the RTP TS keeps you shredding in a massive way. You also can substitute exercises if you wish using the built-in exercise substitution list, something I plan to do since my gym does not have a good machine crunch machine for the RTP Starter Abs exercises.

Mission 2’s Goals are Absolutely Massive!
I systematically shredded the fat away in Mission 1, I did well on maintenance mode since then, and I am going on another EPIC journey starting right now, real-time, via the RTP Transformation System.

I posted my Mission 2 Goals yesterday in the blog: Day 143 M2 Pre-Shred = Complete! Mission 2 begins tomorrow! My “Blood is Boiling”

Here is a quick Mission 2 recap:
Mission Title: 33rd Birthday Cake and Abs too! (Trivia, who once had this very same mission?)

Mission 2’s Goals are Absolutely Massive!
1) Shred off from 18 to 6% body fat, 1% body fat reduced a week.
2) Maintain Lean Body Mass of 150 LBS, or slightly gain lean muscle mass.
3) Reduce total body weight from 186 LBS to 160 LBS, 1.2% total body weight reduced a week.

Vision: Regain control of my life via this second mission that springboards off of the super great success from Mission 1: RTP TS M1 Day 84! Final Analysis – 91% Compliance! – 27 LBS Gone! 12% Fat Gone! .

Duration: 5/1/09 to 7/23/09

Deadline: Day 84 on 7/23/09 – My 33rd Birthday!

Let’s not form a line – We’re all going “Massive” big time in 0-Nine!

Peace,
Brian Hildebrand
