RTP TS M1 Day 76: Trained with my wife and picked up a missed cardio session.

Two days in a row, I trained with my wife. Today was barbell RTP TS Circuit Training and I made up Day 69 when I missed my HIIT Cardio. This was intense today, but I made some nice heart rate and speed on the treadmill in addition to a very satisfying strength training session.

I suppose, in theory, you can’t really make up workouts because the metabolic momentum was given up on the day in the past where you miss a workout – however, it sure is nice filling in the workout log blanks.
