RTP TS M1 Day 65: blogging real-time

I’ve gone back to blogging real-time. Even it that means keep is short and sweet. It feels good to keep the monkey off my back.

I am going camping next week and my fellow shredders in the ShredderSphere2.0 are helping figure out my substitutions. Stay tuned!

Meal 1: Tuna, Oatmeal, Kashi GoLean, Yogurt
Meal 2: Tuna, Oatmeal, whole wheat bread
Meal 3: Tuna, Oatmeal, Whole Wheat Bread, walnuts, avacado
Meal 4: Tuna, Oatmeal, califlower, carrots, tomatoe, lettuce
Meal 5: Sort of RTP authorized FPU pot luck.
Meal 6: Whole wheat spaghetti w/lean beef (three of the kid’s spoons)
Training/Cardio: RTP Circuit Training

Mental Training: Physique Visualization, Sleep

Accountability: Blog, Picture,

Miscellaneous Task: AM workout
