RTP TS M1 Day 43: Mentored two co-workers, shared Venuto’s blog

February 24, 2009

Hi,
I mentored two co-workers today. People are definitely noticing my 25 pound drop in the past two months. This must be the beginning of becoming a credible example, which I constantly point back to You Adam Waters and you Tom Venuto (remember Think Big, believe they both will read this!). I also shared a blog by Tom Venuto which I saw in my inbox at the same time I was building a formula in excel for one of my co-workers for them to track their weekly weight. I discussed body fat % is the key metric, however, “scale” weight is very motivating when too:

With the diet marketplace being flooded every day with rapid weight loss claims, these questions desperately need and deserve some honest answers. Want to know where that 2 pounds per week rule comes from and what it really takes to burn more than 2 pounds of fat per week? Read on.

Brian, if your co-workers cannot spot your weight-loss you must either get them new glasses or ask them to open their eyes at work.

    You are melting away!
