RTP TS M1 Day 39: Nothing like 100% compliance and massive shredding

Wow, today’s weight training went off the charts!  I got extra motivated to max out on the RTP Strength Training.  It was actualy a bit scary moving some of the weights, but the form was good, and the energy was there, so I kept doing the bench press, bent over rows, barbell curls, and barbell lying tricept extensions.

Just because you do the exercise, doesn’t mean you are getting an exercise.  Go Massive!
