RTP TS M1 Day 15: Supposed to sweat during strength training?

Hi Shredders and potential shredders!

So are you supposed to sweat during strength training?

Well of course, especialy when you are going all out leaving nothing on the table for a full-blooded real-time physique transformation!

Well, have to go. My calendar is very full and I need my 8 hours of recovery sleep!

Just do it for “your” physique delta!

Real Time Training Notes:
Chest: Went from Day 8 75lbs to day 15 65lbs since day 8 was too low of rep count.
Back: Day 8 weight was all over the place, settled on 65lbs for day 15
Triceps: Again, lowered weight for day 15 to keep reps up.
Calves: Maintained prior weight. TRIGGER POINTS – MUCH REFERRED PAIN TO FOOT.
