RTP TS M1 Day 13: Going Massive on the Treadmill

Actual intensity is heart rate.
Did 11 mph for 1 of 2 minutes. Previous was 11mph for 15 seconds. 6 weeks ago was 5-6 for maybe a minute.
Recovery heart rate was 16:00 124 HR, 17:00 121, 18:00 113. Very nice!

Let’s not form a line – We’re going “Massive” big time in 0-Nine!
Just do it for “your” physique delta!
