RTP TS M1 Day 7: Shredding Goals! RTP Week 1 Complete!

Hi Shredders!

I am smashing my self imposed goal of loosing 0.8% of weight per week!  I dropped 2.5% this past week and down to 208 Lbs.  I see it where the top part of my belly is flattening out, my wife notices my upper arms and legs thinning.  I think my chin may return!

Today’s HIIT Cardio on the tread mill was A++.  I really let it rip.  I wish I could have held that 11MPH for more than 15 seconds though!  I am shooting to hold the 10MPH for two minutes next time!

Good night – I need to stay sleep compliant also!

Let’s not form a line – We’re going “Massive” big time in 0-Nine!
