RTP TS M1 Day 5

Hi shredders,

Thoughts for the day.

1) Prepare meals the day before.
2) Know the gym’s kid care hours by heart to finish workout at gym.
3) Trade more tomatoe or carrot so you don’t have to eat 300g of lettuce in one meal.
3) Watch out, keep powdered milk in oatmeal to a very minimum (~15% of the oatmeals weight) to stay full on real calories.
4) Listen to you hunger to determine if you calorie deficit % and TDEE * BMR multiplier is really spot on – e.g. I like to automatically desire food every 3 hours.
5) Check your exercise form via videos and/or a P.T.
6) Make sure you are diligent with your time so you can perform Physique Transformation compliance items as well as family and work needs – Just Git-R-Done!
