Why?

My powerful personal reason why this blog exists is to expose myself to the general public so I can recieve postitive pressure for like-minded individuals, inspire others, and to have a real-time and live journal of my daily progress.

I also want to be “Appropriately Selfish” so I can infact be in good health so I can take care of my relationships with God, myself, my family, my friends, my work, and all the neighbors in life.

 On 12/10/2008, I accepted the fact I am repsonsible for improving my future, it is my choice.

I’ve heard immitation is the greatest form of flattery, thus I follow Adam Waters RTP Transformation System
